eSommelier Private Cellar Management System

The eSommelier system consists of a touch screen computer, bar code scanner, bar code printer and instructional manual. It also includes one roll of 1000 labels. It is a complete hardware and software system that is easy to install and allows you to easily manage your wine collection.

Your wine collection is precious. You may have a fairly good idea of what wines you have and where they’re located. But how often does a bottle get forgotten about – until it’s too late? You may have tried to maintain a spreadsheet or used one of those free online programs. But keeping them up to date is cumbersome, and just doesn’t happen.

It takes just a few seconds to enter a bottle into the system. A customized bar code label is printed, which you affix to each bottle. When it’s time to remove a bottle, just wave it under the bar code scanner and it’s automatically deleted from your inventory.

Perusing your collection is effortless, and can take place from the terminal or from any web browser. You can view your wine’s labels, current valuations, tasting notes and drink dates (with subscription). Finding a particular wine by country, region, variety, winery, drink date, cost, and other factors is as easy as touching a few buttons.

An Annual Service Pack is available for an additional $500. Protect your investment by keeping the features of your Private Cellar Management System up to date. Purchasing the Annual Service Pack lets you continue remote access using the MyWine portal. And it extends your system’s warranty for an additional year. This entitles you to unlimited technical support with free hardware replacement in the event of failure. A further benefit is an online backup of your wine data, which occurs daily. Your Private Cellar Management System will continue receiving software and database updates whenever they become available. An investment in the Annual Service Pack will keep your system functioning at its top performance while you benefit from continual product enhancements.
