Imagine – no more coils to clean! Our filter frame has magnets to hold the filter snugly in place, thereby trapping dust and particles before they gum up the condenser coils.
When the filter becomes dirty, simply pull out the frame, replace the dirty filter with a clean one, and return the frame to the cooling unit. The fiber orientation and graduated density of this filter are designed to capture more dust and particles than other synthetic filters. The media is bonded with a fire retardent resin, and meets UL Class 2 flame retardance requirements.
Clean coils and filters ensure that the cooling units operate at peak performance.

The filters fit CellarPro 1800 Series wine cooling units, which are used in all Le Cache wine cabinets (since May 2008).
Replacement filters are sold in a pack of two filters. Metal frame sold separately.
Our front-vent hood is designed sit atop upright Le Cache wine cabinets and redirects the hot air exhaust to – and intake from – the front of the wine cabinet. No assembly is required. Grills are available in a choice of colors – black (shown), white, silver or brown. The grill sits just behind the doors, and the width will customized to the width of your wine cabinet. For Le Cache wine cabinets with crown moldings, (ie Euro and Mission wine cabinets) the hood should be purchased WITHOUT the grill. There must be enough room (at least 7 1/2 inches) for the hood to be lifted and removed so that the air filter can be replaced periodically.

If you intend to place your wine cabinet in a harsh environment, need additional insulation and/or are concerned about having glass windows in your wine cabinet, we can replace the windows with insulated wood panels to match the finish of the wine cabinet. Available exclusively for our Contemporary wine cabinets in a choice of Provincial Cherry, Classic Cherry or Chocolate Cherry finish.
Our sound hood features a sleek design and is designed to be hardly noticeable when used with Le Cache wine cabinets.
For Le Cache top-vent wine cabinets using CellarPro cooling units, the hood is designed to sit atop the cabinet over the vent openings. No assembly is required.
For Le Cache credenzas using CellarPro cooling units, the hood is designed to cover the rear vents of the cooling unit, and attaches to the rear of the credenza with two screw holes that hold the hood in place. Minor assembly is required.
The hood is designed to redirect the cooling unit’s air intake to the rear of the hood. The exhaust can be directed either to the rear or the top of the hood. For Le Cache wine cabinets with crown moldings (ie Euro and Mission wine cabinets) the exhaust should be directed upward; for Le Cache wine credenzas, the air should be directed to the rear of the hood; for Le Cache Contemporary and Vault wine cabinets, the sound hood may be configured to be either top-vented or rear-vented, whichever yields the best sound results.
Up to 20 sensors can be combined with one gateway. The wireless sensor transmits the temperature and humidity measurements up to 300 ft to a remote gateway that plugs into standard modem or router (not included) via a LAN cable (included), and uploads the data to the Internet.
An online account (free!) provides a simple, powerful interface to view, interact with and download the collected measurements.
In addition, receive one year of free email/text notifications if measurements exceed your defined range, the connection is lost or batteries are low.
